"You have train station close by, so it makes it very easy to get around. You also have bus stops not far from each other, and the wait time usually isn’t very long. The staff are very polite, and answer any questions you have. The room itself was slightly small, but big enough if you’re a solo traveller. I very much enjoyed my stay. "

"Spacious room especially for Japan. Big comfy bed. Great bathroom with a big bath and separate walk in shower. Your room doesn't get cleaned apparently for environmental reasons but I expect this to be for economical purposes and therefore it is greenwashing. There's no reason why cleaning a room causes environmental damage (separate to washing bedding and towels). I think the hotel should reconsider its policy or communication. Lovely quiet area with some fantastic coffee shops nearby. "

"We finished our honeymoon at this hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience. The staff was incredible and made our stay feel so special. We had a couples massage that felt like it shaved ten years off both therapists were fantastic. The thermal pool was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to relax. I would also highly recommend the chef’s table; it was a memorable dining experience."
