「The staff was VERY nice」

「The staff at the Hampton Inn was gracious and welcoming. We brought our dog and they couldn’t have been more kinder and welcoming.」

「Room was extremely clean and smelled great. My issue was that we spent 5 nights there and our trash was never emptied and that we had to either go get towels or ask for them to be brought to our room. Their policy is that they clean/change sheets after a 3 night stay but we never had that. Also, their "hot" breakfast consisted of egg patties and microwaved sausage. They did have plenty cereal and muffins as well as milk, coffee, and juices. 」

That was very frustrating, and we wasted time looking for programs that interested us. 「Fabulous location in Easton. Also great service by the staff. Suggestions: need bar soap in the bathroom and hooks to hang towels, bathrobe, etc in bathroom. Also the closet had only two available hangers. The other one hanger had the terry cloth robe on it. In addition, during our stay there was no breakfast was available until 10:30 am. 」

「Great chain. The only issue is floors are not very clean. If you can't steam-wash carpets often best not to have them. Bathroom floor is sticky. But room is large and comfortable, staff very pleasant.」
