「This hotel is in need of repair. The pull out sofa had more rips and tears than what should ever be seen. Way over priced for what you get」

「The property felt outdated (still had thermometers hanging on the wall from COVID) . The hot tub was disgusting- looked like mold on the benches. Only partly filled and freezing, the jets were not producing bubbles- there was no sign saying it was out of order. The blankets on the bed had literal holes in them. There was no toaster in the breakfast area for the bagels, toast, etc. The windows in the pool area were opened so as the night went on, it was getting colder because of the outside temp....

「Beautiful hotel. We stayed a couple days for a wedding in the area. We had a beautiful deck with a beautiful view. We were in 227. The area was great for walks. The staff was friendly and helpful.」

「Room was clean. Only complaint was AC blew directly into face when sleeping and there was no way to adjust vent.」

「This property is old and they are working on improving it; however, we paid a premium price for a good brand that was not up to the standards of its name. We will not be staying there again.」

「There were numerous communication issues between me and the staff and managers at one point our room got up to 77° and stayed like that for hours because there was no one on staffed correct the issue although we got the historic room fee waved. I don’t believe that the staff truly cared about our experience in the hotel as a whole considering that it was where we were staying to get married. I wrote an email to management at 8:30 AM and it has now been 12 hours and I have yet to get a phone call...
