"Very professional staff, very pleasant and eminently approachable - we were made to feel very welcome! We booked a cosy room which, although quite small, was perfect big enough & had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy!! My only slight criticism is the shower leaked but not too bad to put me off so if we’re ever in London and need an overnight in Kensington I would have no hesitation to book again!"

"Loved our stay here while visiting London! Nice quiet area where we could relax but very easy to access the underground to get everywhere. Hotel overall was very nice just a few minor cosmetic issues here and there that could be addressed but didn't detract from our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Staff was also amazing in arranging is a ride in the morning back to Heathrow. "

"This is a lovely hotel & has great amenities. Events take place at this hotel so be aware of slamming doors and noise at night. The Gloucester tube station was closed, which it is across the street. So be prepared to haul your luggage a few long blocks from the other tube stations. Overall my stay at this hotel was pleasant. "
