This was a great hotel right by a tube station. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. They did have a an option for breakfast but I don’t use it. I had a drink at the bar and the staff there was nice as well. Overall a great stay!

We received a very warm welcome upon registration. Our room with a king bed was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping visited every day and kept toiletries fully stocked. We stayed a full week and even though we didn't use the restaurant or other amenities, we found the hotel to be super well-located near plenty of eateries and extremely convenient to the London underground.

The staff went above and beyond with extra accommodations for us when my daughter became ill, helping us organise breakfast in our room and late check out at short notice. Natural History Museum is vey close by and definitely worth a visit, make sure to book in advance to avoid the queue! Plenty of amenities and dining options nearby, great transport options and a beautiful area to explore! Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back for a return visit!
