Customer Service was excellent because it makes a difference in your stay at a hotel and the country. We felt welcomed. the room was nice and comfy beds. No complaints except for no elevator but it's a great workout - lol.

The hotel is very quaint - great location and fantastic customer service. No elevator though!!!! We stayed in the 4th floor so keep that in mind but the room was huge with a BIG bathtub - you feel inside a Harry Potter book in that room! we all had a great time -

We absolutely reccomend staying here. We felt safe, the neighborhood was quiet and the room was very clean and perfect for our family of 4 to comfortably lay our heads down after busy days of walking around London. The staff went above and beyond and we are very grateful!

Property was at a great location. Easy access to London Heathrow and also easy to get into the city. Staff was extremely nice. We were allowed a later check out. They cleaned the room each day - which isn’t normal for most hotels which cleans every few days.

Staff friendly on check in and departure. Ideal location for us as only staying one night. The room was rough around the edges and looking tired. Unfortunately the bedding didn’t look like it had been changed from the previous occupier as there were hairs on the duvet so not a great impression.

Clean modern room. Transportation only 2 min away. Room walls were thin and you can hear everything. Doors slam shut. Didn’t sleep all night. No stairs or staff to help carry your luggage. It’s nice once you’re in your room but everything outside of it in the property was challenging because it’s an old building . Location is perfect

Hotels in London can be tricky. This one was good value for money. I needed a clean and Ok place for two nights, and it was better than expected. Yes, a bit run down like so many other British hotels, but better than anticipated and very helpful and welcoming staff

The room and bathroom were renovated. Nice and clean. Large bathroom, but without a bath only a shower cabin. The shower is hot and has a good flow. The biggest minus is that there is a lot of noise, from ten o'clock in the evening throughout the night and until the morning. There are no carpets in the rooms, so the knocking of heels, loud talking, coughing, blowing nose, pushing and pulling of something did not allow you to fall asleep and rest until the morning. And in the morning the same thing started again . There is no noise from the street, only from the neighboring and upper rooms. I was sleepless for two nights. The hotel does not have an elevator and it was really difficult to climb to thethird floor with suitcase. steeand creaky. We are really disappointed

Nice location close to Earl’s Court Tube stop. Lots of dining and shopping for needs close by and easy to walk into nice neighborhood and beyond. Room we had does not have air conditioning which would have made things nicer. Also no room fridge.
