The rooms are exceptionally spacious (a rare find in Japan!) and the views of the bay at sunset are breathtaking. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the service. The staff went above and beyond at every turn—from the seamless check-in to the helpful concierge who made our large group feel right at home. The free shuttle to Osaka Station made exploring easy, and the overall atmosphere is so peaceful. If you’re looking for a world-class resort experience with amazing hospitality, this is it!"

"Really enjoyed my stay, was very peaceful which is want I wanted. Many convenience shops right by the hotel and a supermarket for groceries too. Also very convenient for transport into the centre, which is just a few tube stops away, as a metro station just beside the hotel :)"
