They kept us informed, made sure we were comfortable, and ultimately offered to move us to a sister hotel with a cathedral view. While the experience was inconvenient, I appreciated their professionalism and genuine effort to resolve the situation."

"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "
