Das Zimmer war klein aber praktisch eingerichtet jeder Platz wurde gut ausgenutzt. Uns war es etwas zu laut mit Fenster zur Umgehungsstraße und die Türen ohne Dämpfer wenn sie zu ging . Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch offen .Personal freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Schöne Zimmer, Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren auf Zack, Parkplatz vorhanden aber zu teuer, Frühstücksauswahl vielfältig aber Qualität könnte besser sein, Frühstück lässt sich nicht abbestellen für eine günstigere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

Le Stanze sono veramente essenziali e compatte, in 4 abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a muoverci ma nel complesso pulite, il letto matrimoniale molto comodo, buona TV e ottime docce. Segnalo che manca il frigo ed il bidet, ma sembra una costante in molte strutture tedesche. Apprezzato quindi l'erogatore dei ghiaccio gratuito in struttura e la possibilità di prendere acqua fresca dall'erogatore delle bevande che spesso abbiamo trovato acceso anche al di fuori degli orari della colazione. Ottima colazione anche se non sempre costante, a volte mancava qualcosa, non molto efficiente il personale nei rimpiazzi, ma abbastanza varia e piacevole. Il parcheggio cosa 15 euro al giorno anche se non è tracciato e comunque fuori l'albergo tra il parcheggio del MacDonald adiacente ed alcuni parcheggi su strada, si trova. Ottimo posto dove muoversi anche per noleggiare l'auto in aeroporto dato che si trova a soli 10 minuti di distanza e possiede una pompa di benzina con market adiacente. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e ci tornerei per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

We stayed at this hotel three years ago, and unfortunately, we noticed a significant decline in its condition this time. The hotel is clearly not being maintained properly. The staff are doing their best and were generally helpful, but the owners really need to invest in the property. Being a budget hotel does not mean basic maintenance should be neglected. The couches had visible stains, and the windows in both rooms we reserved did not close properly. This caused a lot of noise, and when it rained, water came inside. Wind was also coming through the gaps. It’s a shame because the staff are trying their best, but the hotel itself urgently needs maintenance and investment. We hope the owners take action before the property deteriorates even further.

Perfect overnight stop off on route to Luxembourg. Lots of fast food options for food within walking distance. Room itself was clean, comfortable the breakfast was also very nice with great choice. Only loosing 1 star because of the external approach to the building due to an abandoned restaurant next door and large amounts of fly too rubbish about. This did not affect our stay but could be off putting to customers.

It’s just okay but not great. I will not recommend and will definitely not stay here whenever I am back to Cologne. The elevator was out and I had to go up to the 4th floor with my bags. Not a good experience.

Our air conditioner stopped working on the first night and we had to move to a different room. There the water in the shower wasn't draining well and kept accumulating on the floor of the shower cabin. Breakfast was quite good, no comparison to the American Holiday Inn version.

Sehr sauber und absolut freundliches Personal, dass sich um " Extrawünsche" sofort kümmerte. Die Lage war für eine Nacht super, mehrere Restaurants in sehr naher Umgebung, ein Steak House und Mc Donalds sogar fußläufig. Die Betten sehr bequem und das Bad schien recht neu renoviert. Einziges " Manko" war der Teppich in den Zimmern- das mag aber nicht jeden stören.
