"Eincheckzeiten zu kundenunfreundlich!!!
Obwohl zum 3. Mal im Hotel - immer vom Golfhotel Balmer See kommend - konnten wir nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Es wurde auch kein Versuch unternommen, einmal beim Housekeeping anzurufen.
Das nächste Jahr werden wir dann gleich am Balmer See bleiben, um keinen Tag zu verlieren. "
