"This was my second (and last) stay at Pulman. Arrived in the evening, checked in and was not informed of the restaurant being closed that day- couldn’t even get a beer. My room was clean but the safe did not work, there were coffee pods but no machine to use them, building work was being carried out with pneumatic drills daily, "
