"When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week. "We loved our stay in this house. We celebrated Christmas and the whole family was there. 13 people ages 3-77. I picked the house because it was big enough and wheelchair accessible. It was clean and everything was exactly as advertised. No surprises. Beautiful place. "

"Great house, comfortable and spacious with good facilities for a self catering holiday. The house is very centrally located for shops and restaurants. Siegburg is a lovely little town, with nice shops and a good choice of restaurants. There is also woodland and off road paths for dog walking close by. The property manager was very responsive to dealing with a couple of minor problems we had at the beginning of the stay. Overall recommend this property and location. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean in all areas and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, the pool, sauna and steam were in good working order. The service at the 24/7 bar was excellent. The location was really good, lots of travel facilities and plenty of local restaurants etc. Beautiful views of the river from the rear of the building. The only downside was no complimentary late check out (most hotels do offer this). However, besides that minor point, would recommend a stay at this hotel for sure. "

"The hotel reception staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from Our room was really nice. Cleaned every day. We booked a Deluxe Suite with kingsize bed. Very spacious. Lovely bathroom. We were on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the Cathedral Would definately recommend staying here "

"The staff are lovely and helpful, they printed out conference papers for me and were always very efficient. Breakfast is a huge spread and worth it. Walk down Severinstraße to the Severinstorburg and you'll find a market, lots of cafes, restaurants and more. Also don't miss the Katzentempel cafe if you are a cat fan. "
