The shower area had a half glass door which made it difficult to shower without having the water being poured everywhere. "Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable."

"Complicated communication. I had to write to have the room number. The chamber number is not noted in the application of the electronic opening. I was on the street there is no curtain while there are windows in front of. We must close the obscuring curtain. It's a shame the studio is nice and functional. No sponge to clean."

"Overall a nice place in a great location! Corridors are a little creepy and the elevator is tiny but it’s a small hotel so not a problem! Did get woken up by a cleaner/staff banging on the door at 10am without requesting a wake up call but room was clean, modern and safe!"

"Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."

"The hosts clearly care about their guests. Their property is lovely and attention to every detail is made for their guests comfort. Our family of 4 were thrilled with the water tower as a living space. It is so unique and fun.
