「We were very happy with our stay. Directions/information provided was clear and communication was never an issue. Great spot to get away, enjoy the north shore, and benefit from the resort amenities. 」

「Not a full set of silverware nor pots/pans dishes etc. Could use some cleaning around the baseboards. Cotton sheets would have been nice - breatheable at least. The microfiber sheets were too hot to sleep in. Cleaning washer and dryer before next gueats would have been nice. There was lint in dryer and hair in washer. The bed was not squarely on platform. When we sat on the end, it flipped up on us. Rug in the bathroom was dirty. Towels were worn and scratchy. I am certain we left the kitchen...

「The check-in instructions were to retrieve the key from the lock box. However, there was no key in the box and the door was locked. We attempted to call, text, and message Vanessa through the app with no response all night. I also reached out to VRBO customer support and they also were not able to contact her.
