「The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing! Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked. 「If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in Waikiki, this is a good place as a launching pad, in particular with free self-parking without having to wait for valet and tip every time you get your car, and without having to spend 20 minutes trying to get out of Waikiki. 「Great location. Appreciated the ability to make our own breakfast and brew a cup of tea. Fantastic access to the beach and stores and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Used the gym and the pool. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Please sweep the floor between guests, though. (That was the reason for the 4 stars). My only complaint. 」

「Overall great for the price. It’s well stocked with kitchen and beach equipment. Even had little first aid kit if needed. Definitely need a car. Easier to drive to beach than walk. Laundry machine on every floor. Laundry pod provided. Units is cooled with wall units which can be a bit loud but adequately cool the space. Not many amenities in the building. Pool is relatively small and not heated. Host was very responsive. Pack and play provided for our infant which was great. 」

「ワイキキビーチまでは少し歩きますが、買い物するには便利です。ニューイヤーの花火がベランダや、玄関出たところから見えてすごく良かった。そこらじゅうで花火上がってて、ビーチとかで見るよりも良かったです。オーナーもめちゃくちゃ良い人で良かった！」

"ワイキキビーチまで歩いて10分ぐらいかつバス停がホテルの目の前なのでバスや徒歩移動が苦じゃない人や慣れた人には便利な場所にあると思う。ただ、良くも悪くも中心地からは少し離れているので何をするにも少し移動時間が必要になるのが少し難点かも"

"コンドミニアムで探していたので、価格の割にとてもよかったと思います。またキッチンは本格的だったので、料理をしたりするのもとても便利でした。換気扇の吸い込みが少し悪く、お肉を焼くと煙くなりました。コインランドリーの使い方が難しく、アプリを入れ登録しないとできなく、日本の電話番号だと登録ができず使えませんでした。洗濯したいと思っていたので、そこは残念でした。ただヒルトンのラグーンからも近く、プールも2種類あり、子連れ旅にはとても最高でした。欲を言えばベッドをできれば2bedにしてもらえるととてもありがたいかなと思います。 "

"立地がとても良くどこへ行くにも便利でした。徒歩圏内でも充分楽しめます。お部屋も清潔感が有り、ベッドと洗面台の高さが高めで使いやすかったです。バスタブも有り癒されました。ロビーにはウォーターサーバーやコーヒーサービスも有り円安の中嬉しかったです。駐車場が日数分を前払いしていても日々満車になる事も多くちょっと大変でした。"
