「The location of this property is awesome! Walking distance to so much. We found the grounds very clean and the pool nice to relax at. The condo was great for a place to come and go but is in dire need of some general maintenance and upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 」

「Everything is BRAND NEW. The condo is so clean and comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. The view out the back is great.A few suggestions: the email with check-in instructions needs to be updated or just made a little more clear. Park your car on Kuilima Dr and go het the fob for the gate from *inside of the condo*. There isn't an office or guarded gate where you get the fob. We arrived late at night and the gate was already open, but we drove all around...

「Check in and check out was a breeze! So nice having everything within walking distance; CU, 7-Eleven, Daiso, Fisher Hawai’i, and the new pastry shop Paris Baguette all on the ground floor. As well as walking distance from night life! Room was comfortable and the bathroom bidet was so nice! 10/10 would stay here again. 」

「Dave and Kristen are the perfect hosts, and their penthouse condo is the perfect place to stay! We were a party of 11 aged 9 to 70 and this was the perfect stay for all of us! The condo was comfortable and well-stocked, the beach area is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling, and swimming. The condo was well stocked with beach and water gear also! The view is magnificent, and the unit is centrally located close to shops, restaurants and attractions. There were turtles on our beach each morning...

「The condo was perfect for our three night stay in the north shore. We enjoyed having the restaurants close by. We watched the sunset from the bar at the resort which was amazing! I highly recommend this condo.」

「We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay」

「The check-in instructions were to retrieve the key from the lock box. However, there was no key in the box and the door was locked. We attempted to call, text, and message Vanessa through the app with no response all night. I also reached out to VRBO customer support and they also were not able to contact her. After over an hour waiting outside in the dark with all of our luggage, the next door neighbor said we could go through their unit and try the lanai door on our unit, which mercifully...

「Loved the location close to Turtle Bay Ritz. Ten minute walk to the Ritz and was able to utilize their amenities. Loved the condo's kitchen - cooked breakfast and dinners every night. Great communication with the host. 」
