「The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. 「We wanted to stay close to Turtle Bay, with easy walking distance to the beach. We could get to the beach and some restaurants within 10 minutes. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We had one very minor issue with the dryer and the caretaker responded promptly when I contacted them. 「The outside of the building doesn’t look great right now because of renovations, so I was worried when getting there, but the inside was great for our little family, and the location is amazing.
