Book a Kahana Resort

"We upgraded to a room in rainbow tower overlooking the lagoon. View was great! Room was clean but it would have been great if we had a microwave inside the room. The property was big and had different towers which could be very confusing. The paradise pool is small and yesterday, their hot tub was not working. No one was also enforcing the no jumping inside the tube nor the age of kids that should be allowed in the tub. We saw 1-2 year olds inside the tub."

"It's a basic airport hotel. When you book with Hotels.com (Expedia) you get a room in the rear overlooking the access road that is very loud. There is no elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. The staff admits it's a terrible room but those are the cheapest ones and they give them to Expedia bookings.. Stayed twice and got the same area. Staff is very nice - even held our phone that had been left in the room till we got back to HNL."
