Bed was less than 5 stars but room was very clean and comfortable, a little bare bones in terms of extras like a bathrobe, shampoo, an iron was in the hallway for community use. But a great value and great stay overall. Would definitely stay again!"

"It’s a nice hotel, although the underground car park is undergoing renovations (August 2025) meaning parking can be difficult. That said, the helpful check in staff kindly allowed us to park out the front near the entrance. Breakfast was excellent, although staff are keen to close on time so make sure you’ve finished before the official breakfast end time. "

"The hotel is a short walk away from the inner city (10-15 minutes) which we didn’t mind at all, there is many of places nearby should you fancy a more chilled day! Staff were amazing and the male bartender was so accommodating if we ever needed anything. If you are planning to stay in Düsseldorf be sure to bring a few euros in cash as most bars along the Rhine don’t take card! "
