Convenient restaurant, great breakfast, available hotel parking, walkable distance from the Rhine river. The room was newly refurbished with a nice bathroom and queen double bed, in the room there is also a mini fridge, safe and iron with iron board. I would stay here again!

The service, room and breackfast is good. Also very convinient to have a charger for EV just in the hotel. The reception staff are pretty responsive and helpful in particular Miss Lena, thanks !

Everything was super (location and easy access to the city center with bahn station a few meters from the hotel, very spacious room with breathtaking views to the river and the Rheinturm and very comfortable bed, very rich breakfast). Reception staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pleasant with a comfortable bed, clean and had all necessary amenities. The restaurant was fairly basic in terms of choice, waiting staff focussed more on the bar area rather than guests who were dining.

Quiet, walkable distance to the city center. Bus stop just 3minutes walk and about 15mins to the airport. Staff were helpful. Pool, steam room and showers all very decent. Will stay there again.

Great location in the Expo/Messe area

The hotel is very well located if you are visiting Expo/Messe/Arena... Subway station is very close. Although one minor issue was that hotel was repairing one elevator, and customers had to use service elevator. Hope they finish soon.

Great Location, Staff are amazing, Few faults needing fixed though, Telephone in our Superior room didn´t work for all 12 nights, Only one public lift due to maintenance work, half the power points in the bar restaurant area don´t work (difficult when working) carpets being replaced on many floors. Barbereo from Slovakia and Maria from Argentina on reception, Ahmed at the bar and Aminata from Sengal were staff members who need recognition for their excellent service

Lots of construction

No pool, only one lift working so it was packed during the European football. They need to actually fix it asap. Staff were excellent, but carpet in rooms replaced by hard floor, and mine was not clean lots of hair and bits of dirt. Overall mixed feelings as front desk staff were excellent, but as a luxury hotel itself was in a poor state.

Alright, nothing special

The Hotel was good, unfortunately didn't have the bathtub shown in the room pictures, would've picked a different Hotel if I had known. Everything else about the room was O.K., no issues and the furniture was good. The view towards the river was nice. The TV has a very limited channel selection. WIFI was working fine. Didn't hear any noise through the walls. The King-Size Bed only had a single large blanket, didn't like that. The location is only a 10minute car ride away from the city center. Parking as expensive as usual. Hotel is a bit hidden away in a side-street and easy to miss. The Restaurant being stuffed in the main hallway didn't seem comfortable to sit in. Some things on the menu, like a 16€ Currywurst must be a joke. Parking was expensive, as usual. Some of the parking spots are marked very weirdly and caused us to scrape our car on the curb, beware. Overall, the stay was alright, but the next time I am in Düsseldorf, I would try out a different hotel. PS: Also the "Radisson" Neon Sign on the building only has half the letters working.

Good stay. Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside. I didnt expect her to talk to me this way. Few moments later, another lady helped me to check out, i think she was the manager and it went very smoothly.
