The location is good, close to train , subway stations. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. Just pretty noisy at night, hearing the cars and people talking throughout the night in the room.

A very pleasant stay! The reception staff are truly outstanding, the breakfast is correct, the rooms very comfortable and the bathroom clean and fully equipped with the required amenities. It provides everything one requires for a pleasant stay.

Düsseldorf Stay

One night only stay but room was excellent for me and my two children with 3 single beds and suitable shower. Breakfast free as well but we were in a rush for train so had to skip but looked nice.

The location close to the train station and to the city center is good. The staff is frindly. The facilities however are very, very run down - my room smelled bad and a door handle fell of. Furthermore, I wasn't able to check in because the reservation wasn't in the system. The breakfast room is very dark and uncomfortable and well, the breakfast itself very basic to say the least.

Just a 1 nigth stop so we could get the train early the next morning just one thing i missed was the airco in the room and we did not see that breakfast was from 7am and if we needed a to go bag we had to book this the day before but they made us so coffie to go

Great city centre hotel.

Hotel reception staff, police, very attentive and helpful. Room clean and quite spacious. Trams, trains & traffic noise not great but hotel in city centre so do have to expect some of this. Lots of choice with the continental breakfast. Hotel very close to main train station, Lidl supermarket is nearby, also Burgerking. Enjoyed our stay

Ticked all the boxes, great hotel.

City break weekend with friends to get some football in.. Hotel is centrally located a short walk from the main station and has a tram stop right outside. Easy to find in a nice safe neighbourhood. Friendly staff on check in and rooms were spotlessly clean, could not fault. Great selection for breakfast in the mornings too. Would definitely stay here again.

This was just an over night stop en route for Cologne. The room we were given had a badly stained carpet and seemed to be an older section of the hotel. The bathroom was clean but rather dated. We must have been above the kitchen area because we could hear pots and pans being banged about from quite early in the morning g. However, the breakfast was extensive and well stocked.

Very basic... undergoing some renovations, though. Some of the rooms could do soundproof from the tram noise. No AC, the room was hot and not able to sleep. A receptionist was not helpful, even made a remark of why was I given the fan, that it was for the kitchen despite knowing the conditions in the room. Breakfast ran out quickly and refilling was a problem.
