The family room with the bunks is perfect for a night or 2. Bunks were full size so great for teens. Shower was fab! The area was further from the city centre than we realised but that's our fault.

Nice clean and modern. About 5 mins from the nearest tram stop or 8 mins to one that runs into central Cologne. Easy check in , clean and modern. If you’re not bothered about being in the Centre of the city this place is fine. Felt safe walking about after a late evening return. Would return and the price was really good for a triple room.

Staff were always friendly and helpful, everything looked brand new and kept well. We were in a family room with bunk beds, the beds were comfortable and I loved the bunk. Rooms had A/C and a small table, comfortable bedding. The lobby was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Rooms were quiet, couldn’t hear other guests. There is a bakery/coffee shop and small market store a short walk away, lots of transit near by.

The hotel room was good - family room with bunk beds but the location of the hotel is a bit out of the way from the centre. Public transport is nearby but you have to plan your route carefully. Breakfast wasn’t included and cost €12.90pp and was just continental and mediocre. Upon checking the receptionist kept answering the phone which made checkin take longer. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was spacious and quite clean. Although there were some doghairs from the former visitor. The location is on a industrial park, so easy if you come by car. But the guy behind the desk at check in was really rude! No hello or explanation or anything. He litterly threw the card with roomnumber to me and only asked me to pay for touristtax. Not a warm welcome

Calm location, amenities to be improved

Hotel is a bit remotely located of Ehrenfeld neighbourhood. There is 1 more B&B nearby so don´t be mistaken. Positive things - Hotel very clean. Reception area is large But what I never understand in B&B hotels are the name is Bed and Breakfast but you have to pay additionally for breakfast. 2nd issue is about comfort. Like many other German hotels, pillows are too soft. They do not have additional hard pillow. Also a lack of mini refrigerator in the room is a minus .For my medicine, I had to come down every day twice to the reception fridge. Finally, instead of uncomfortable stool would be better.
