「Dismayed to see moldy spots in the shower. The mattress was quite hard but not terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice but ran out of baked goods both mornings we ate- around 9am. 「Beautiful property! Clean, quiet. Security guards on duty. Staff is professional and goes the extra mile. We loved the modern, cozy decor. Fire pits and large back patio. Nice gym and indoor pool. We especially loved the shower with plenty of built-in shelving, including space for towels. Our King suite had a lovely love seat and ottoman. We slept very well - the linens and mattress were top of the line! Also has a bar and small restaurant. Just 20 minutes from the beach! We highly recommend...

"I stayed there with my family arriving from Paris and catching flight to Tokyo the following day. After claiming our baggage, we went to the AirTrain Federal Circle station, where all the hotel shuttles arrive. No Hyatt shuttle came. We called the hotel to find out that they don't provide airport shuttle service and the best way to get there is to use ride share. We were surprised to hear that as it is an airport hotel (as the name suggests) and Expedia booking site says free shuttle. It is very misleading. We ended up paying $80 for round trip between hotel and JFK. Hotel and our room were comfortable and clean. We especially liked the gym. But our experience would have been better if we had known there is no airport shuttle service. "

"空港から、そして空港までの送迎があったので非常に便利だった。ベッドも寝やすく、ポットボトルの水も2本付いていた。また、私の場合は一度出国して、３日後に再入国して１泊して帰国する際に使用したのだが、３日間荷物を預かっていてくれたので非常に便利であった。（出国する時に、ホテルに荷物を持って行って預けてからホテルの送迎バスでJFKに送って頂いた）1階には、コーヒーや水のサービスもありいつでも飲める状態であったのもプラスポイント。朝食は、まあまあではあった。２つ程言うならば、周りは人通りの非常に少ない住宅街で、一番近い店まで歩いて10分弱掛かった事と、セーフティーボックスが無かったので店まで歩くまで貴重品を持って歩くかホテルに置いておくか判断しなければいけなかった事であろうか。ホテルにはBARがあったが、何か食事をとなるならデリバリーのピザ等以外の場合は少し面倒かもしれない。"
