"Room was comfortable. The breakfast room on the 13th floor has a spectacular view of lower Manhattan. It was well situated for both Chinatown and Lower East Side access. The room was clean & warm during my below zero visit. booked an upper floor and was rewarded with a different view that the breakfast room.

"Very small but nice property and great value. The rooms had everything we needed including a nice view of the Lower East Side. Coffee bar in lobby was all we needed. Very walkable to to the subway and buses as well as to Williamsburg Bridge, Essex Market, Chinatown and Little Italy. "
