"We traveled as a family and this hotel was clean, newer and updated. Our floor was LOUD at night the first night but I think those guests may have left the next day because it was quiet for the remainder of our stay. Rooms were small (2 queens), there was no pool, valet is an OUTRAGEOUS price (annoying because you can’t park anywhere else), breakfast is insanely busy and the waffle lines take about 20-25 minutes. Only about a 10 minute walk to the transit. Lots of fast food nearby. Would likely stay here again because of the convenience of being close to the transit. "

"Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel while celebrating our daughter’s 17th birthday. One of the best parts was the convenience of the location—everything we needed was within walking distance, including great restaurants. Once we placed our car in valet, we didn’t need to take it out again during the entire trip. The area felt very safe and comfortable to walk around, which made exploring even more enjoyable for our family. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. In fact, the kids enjoyed the stay so much they didn’t want to leave! We had several great dining experiences during our visit. We enjoyed room service breakfast from Ember Blu, had dinner there, and also dined in person for breakfast. Each time, the food and service were excellent. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone—from the valet team to the front desk and the restaurant staff—was friendly, attentive, and made sure our family had a great experience. Thank you for helping make our daughter’s 17th birthday celebration so memorable!"

"The check‑in and check‑out parking situation is extremely difficult. The hotel sits on a one‑way street where both sides are already packed with parked cars, leaving almost no space to pull over temporarily. It’s one of the toughest parking conditions I’ve experienced—there’s simply nowhere to stop without blocking traffic. I really hope the hotel can improve this, as it makes arrival and departure far more stressful than they should be."

"Check‑in parking was extremely challenging. There wasn’t a single designated spot for temporary parking during check‑in, so I had no choice but to stop in the street. This led to loud honking from other cars while I unloaded my luggage. I hope the hotel can improve this situation, as a proper check‑in area would make arrivals much smoother."

"No shops nearby it's located in an industrial area. They do have plenty of fresh snacks available in their pantry at affordable prices. "
