"I wanted to let you know about an issue I had. I booked the hotel because it advertised parking as included. When I checked in, everything seemed fine; they took down my license plate number, and that was it. However, when I returned at night, the parking lot was completely full, and there was no space left for me. I had to park in a way that blocked other cars because there wasn't any parking outside the hotel either. I couldn't sleep well because they kept calling me—early in the morning, while I was there with my baby—asking me to move my car. I don't think it was fair; check-out wasn't until 12:00 PM, yet they were calling me at 4:00 AM to move the car. They called repeatedly, and I didn't know what to do, so I ended up checking out and leaving at 6:00 AM. I just couldn't take it anymore; I didn't like the hotel no more"
