The cleanliness of this property is commendable and the staff were friendly. The drapes didn’t close all the way which interrupted my sleep. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. I think this hotel should invest in pillows and comfortable mattresses, which is most important for tired travelers. Sad continental breakfast. However, Golden Crust is across the street and it definityhit the spot for me.

A few minutes from JFK; shuttle provided; staff was very nice and welcoming.

the breakfast was nice and convenient. But the room could use a up lift.
Wallpaper in bathroom is coming off, cause by humidity L guess.
I will be staying there in November 2025.Also the transportation to the airport is a great idea!!!

The hotel was clean. The staff was pleasant. The only drawback was that most of the staff didn't speak or understand English. Trying to get info about the airport shuttle was like trying to roller skate on the beach!

A huge disappointment. Expedia and this hotel really let us down. After expedia changed our flight last minute and threw in a 12 hr unexpected layover we had to book this hotel. Then after we committed to this aweful change of plans expedia changed our flight back to the one we booked. We immediately kindly asked the hotel and expedia to have mercy on us and just refund us for the hotel since we no longer needed to stay there but they told us it was our problem and nothing that either of them could do to help us. Well thanks Five Towns Inn management team for ruining our day and our bank account. I hope you never have to be on the other end a situation like this. It really hurts. And thanks Expedia for showing long time loyal members how you really feel about us. I will no longer be using your services and I will make sure my friends and family stay away as well. After all these years I thought you could do us better than this. Thanks again, for nothing.
