"Clean rooms, well maintained and front desk attendant was outstanding. "

"Room was old. Upholstered chair in room was dirty and totallly wore out, sunk into it if you sat in it. Pictures on internet not the same quality as the room we were in."

"Terrible service at the hotel’s only bar from a staff person who had zero experience serving food or making cocktails. Since that’s the only place in the hotel to eat and drink, it was a huge disappointment. "

"Staff were friendly and for am airport hotel it was quiet enough. Was just disappointed that there was no food available in the evening whicj I suppose I could have looked at before I booked. Shuttle worked but needed a bit more organising as tjere was no system to ensure fairness as to who got on. "

"Smooth check in even in the middle of the night. The man working the front desk had a line out the door and he was still vey calm and in a good mood. The only bad thing is we booked this room to sleep during our 8 hour layover and we couldn’t get the light on the hall near our bathroom to turn off. There was no switch. Thankfully we were all so exhausted it didn’t matter. "
