"The staff was super helpful and very welcoming. The room had an amazing view for us, beings it was our first time being in Chicago. It’s was so close to everything we wanted to visit and super convenient. I will most definitely stay at this hotel again for future stays in the city.!! "Hotel was pretty clean and very consistent with it. The location of it was pretty walkable to everything I had plan and all the Ubers I had said I chose a good place to stay!"

"The room was very dirty. There were different hairs on the bed and near the pillows seemed to have some type of pubic hair. "

"The hotel was nice , and clean. The guy at the front desk was super nice. However , the rooms are small, the shower water splashes over on to floor so extra towels are needed for the bathroom floor, and every vending machine was either jammed and or out of water. "

"Check in process was smooth, although our room was ready after the 4pm check in time. I believe we didn’t receive a call to check in until about 5:30. The rooms were small, and okay. They could have been a lot cleaner. We also didn’t have any towels when we checked in so we had to call and ask for towels. "
