「Very patient and helpful to answer my questions about how to transfer at and commute to WUH airport. They offer free shuttle service between T2/T3 terminals. Very new property and building and rooms are pretty spacious. Vouched for my membership and offered free drinks. They guaranteed late checkout but I had an early flight so didn’t get a chance to enjoy that and breakfast, though. Overall, it’s a very good experience.」

「The garden is exceptional. I've never seen such a beautiful one in China. The breakfast is well varied. The staff are attentive. Only the corridor makes noises and one can hear kids shout and run in the room. There is only one Chinese restaurant proper. The bar makes bad cocktails. It's to be improved. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so there's nothing nearby but the old city is within a stone's throw so it's not a problem. Worth staying at. 」

"価格に対して、サービスの質が良いです。クルマのクラクションが少しうるさいですが、清潔でスタッフのサービスが良いです。私は何度かトラブルを起こしましたが、スタッフは笑顔で迅速に対応してくれました。 The quality of service is insane for the price. The horn of the car is a little noisy, but it is clean and the staff service is good. I caused trouble several times, but the staff responded quickly with a smile."

"予想していたよりかなりランクが高い部屋にしてもらったようで、かなり広い部屋だった。ホテルは、多少古くはあったが、水回りなど要所要所が新しくされていて快適に過ごせた。サービスも丁寧だった。朝ごはんの種類も多く色々食べれた。コーヒーなど補助が間に合わないものが多少あった。"

"英語ができる人が少なかったが、みなさん丁寧に対応してくれました。エグゼクティブルームにはフットマッサージ機があり、最上階のエグゼクティブラウンジも素敵でした。解放路からは少し歩きますが、徒歩圏内です。ランドマークなのでタクシーも拾いやすく、便利です。"
