Breakfast was quite good with lots of varieties to choose from. The hot water dispenser is hard to control and can cause an injury. The AC kept the room in comfortable temperature and pillow and bed are comfortable. Excellent stay.

This is a very convenient, well-run property near the airport that offers frequent (complimentary) shuttle service to/from the airport. The front desk and restaurant staff are extremely attentive. Having stayed at a few Holiday Inn-hotels in the past (Cancun, Montreal, USA) I have to say this was the best experience we've ever had with the brand. The hotel is set up to offer everything a traveller might need when for overnight connections and longer stays, though a bit far from Shanghai city to explore if time is a concern. The breakfast is varied, offering both Asian and Western fare, plenty of coffee and healthy options. Recommended.
