Fully furnished 4 bedroom apartment with comfortable living space. Private access to fenced backyard with grill, firepit, patio heaters, dining area, and seating area. AC with remote along with Smart TVs in every bedroom and living area.

Lively living room with tons of natural lighting, greenery, Smart TV, and fun games to enjoy. Electric fireplace with remote control >> grab a blanket and cozy up to the inviting feel of a real fire at the push of a button without the hassle of having to cut firewood. The fireplace can be used with heat (adjustable thermostat) or without heat and just relax with just the flickering flames.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Whip up a meal or order delivery via Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instacart that offer tons of great options for food delivery. Great restaurants all over Jersey City, on the waterfront, as well as next door in Hoboken which is only a 10 minute Uber.

Coffee bar features Keurig, 8-cup coffee maker, French Press, and Electric Tea Kettle. Hot chocolate also provided.

Stunning renovated bathroom with sliding door and tons of natural light includes full bathroom Amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, cotton balls etc.)

BACKYARD:
Completely fenced in backyard for your ultimate privacy and enjoyment. Grill available and ready to BBQ (coal and lighter fluid provided) along with outdoor dining table with umbrella to block any sun. Build a fire with our firepit and enjoy some smores!

Backyard Winter Wonderland during winter months - we have 3 tall patio heater to allow you to enjoy the outdoor area while still staying warm. Guests will need to pay $35/tank for a refill or guests can bring their own tanks. Or you can use our fire pits with wood.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION + NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
★ Bus Stop is continently located right in front of the house on JFK Blvd (Bus Nos: 119 (To Penn Station NYC), 10 (Journal Square) for easy access and transport to NYC, Hoboken, downtown, or nearby attractions.

★ West Side Avenue Light rail is a 9 min walk from house and can take you to liberty state park/statue of Liberty in 5min. Also goes to places like Newport mall, exchange place and Hoboken

• 4 min walk to Citi Bike Station
• 23 min drive to get into NYC via Holland Tunnel or ~30min bus ride
• 2 min drive to NJCU
• 5 min drive to St. Peter’s University
• 15 min drive to MetLife and American Dream Mall
• <10mins: Lincoln Park, Liberty Science Center, Newport & Hudson Mall, and Liberty State Park

PARKING:
Street parking only however it is completely free - no permits required and no meters. Street Cleaning Schedule with map will be provided upon check in.

EVENTS:
Parties or unauthorized guests are not allowed. Absolutely no drugs, drunkenness anywhere near the house, or smoking indoors. I am open to discussing events (brunch, birthday, anniversary, bachelorettes, etc) but you will need to get permission and discuss the details with myself first. I have extra tables, chairs, and can help set up a beautiful occasion. I have even hosted a small intimate wedding. Additional fee or deposit may be requested.

PET FRIENDLY:
We love furry friends! Breed must be provided upon booking. Additional cleaning fee will be added to reservation to allow us to thoroughly clean home after visit. Local dog parks will be shared upon check in. Pet bowls and scratch post provided in home.

Note:
Safety is our #1 priority. Our home is equipped with 3 Ring cameras (outside only- front, side, & back entrances), smart locks, and security system to give you peace of mind and security during your stay.

The apartment has its own private entrance. There is an electronic smart keypad door lock for access and a unique access code will be given to you prior to your arrival. Full sole access to private and fenced backyard.

True Jersey city rental. Close to all that Jersey city has to offer. My family as well as my sister and nephew enjoyed 4 nights and 5 days here. Every evening we were able to go out just walking around as this home is so perfectly located. Parking can get tricky but if you have patience, a parking spot will open up near the house quickly. Everyone in the neighborhood who see came across were very friendly. The host allowed us to check in a little early which was great after a long day of traveling. The home was clean, smelled great and we were even left a bottle of wine. Every room had a closet and plenty of room for your things. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with anything we needed. The back porch was probably my favorite part. My husband preferred the front steps so he could watch the city life. This spot is perfect for your Jersey or NYC vacation. We drove to the city a few times and it only took about 40 minutes. There are many food options near by but also all the food delivery services. Groceries can also be delivered or the store is a short walk around the block. The host was very nice and responsive. This was our first family trip ever with an autistic 7 year old and my sister who was diagnosed with leukemia just 3 days before our trip. The host was so understanding, which is so nice nowadays. She doesn't give you a long list of chores to do before you leave either. Overall this place was amazing and if we ever come back to the city, we would stay here

Nice and cozy home. We came out for a family trip to NY and enjoyed this place. We got to town earlier than we thought and was able to do an early check in. Communication with owner was a breeze and house accommodated perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Would rent here again!

Parking was terrible had to drive around for 45 min to wait for a spot to open up. Flys in the bathroom window, Tp hinder held on wall with sticky strips, towel holder in bathroom coming off wall. Brother in law had a beetle crawling on him after sitting on the bed in the master bedroom for 5 min. Firewood not provided like listed in listing. Grill was rusted and disgusting and flies everywhere in back yard. Condiments in fridge that expired in 2024. Also backyard is listed as private but we were told day of the tenants may be seen cutting through the backyard. Also when I reached out to owner she responded at first but was not willing to listen to our complaints and stopped responding that night. We ended up going to the Ramada in down the street. We did not stay in the house longer than 10 min. Would not recommend

Extremely comfortable and clean

We took a trio because my daughter is moving to NYC but didn’t want to stay in the city because we drove in and was worried about trying to park in Manhattan. This apartment was perfect!!! It’s easy to get in and out of the city, the 119 bus stop is right in front of the house. All four bedrooms were super cute, very clean and very very comfortable! The backyard space was so fun to hang out and talk about the day! The host replied to my questions immediately and made our stay so easy. Parking can be a little tricky because you have to move the car at various times, but it wasn’t complicated at all, plus the host posts instructions. Thank you so much for everything!!

Great Spot with nice backyard

The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

The property was average but probably very typical to what you'll find in New Jersey. The parking and noise, especially in the front bedroom, was horrible. The final straw for me was seeing roaches in the kitchen. I let the owner know who responded that they had not had reports of roaches in the property before.

Great place!

I was so grateful for the wonderful stay in Jersey City. Thought many have mentioned the parking we didn't have an issue with it. We had two vehicles dropped off our stuff out front and parked about a block away. The place was clean, adorably decorated. The beds were very comfortable and they left us snacks! Due to the location of the area I would suggest bringing ear plugs. But that has nothing to do with the host or the apartment itself. Just the general location. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We would stay again anytime. parked about a block away.

2nd stay was a disappointment!

This was my 2nd time staying at this location but before booking I messaged the owner Ana because I needed an earlier check in time and she guaranteed me that would be possible. Last year she had great communication and responded fairly quickly that I thought it would continue. I went forward with it and booked but ended up waiting to 4pm the day of, without no warning or acknowledgement in order to enter the premises. I purposely booked this stay because we had such a good experience the first time but after this poor service, especially for the price I will not be coming back nor recommending.

House was very clean. Neighborhood is very good. If you plan a visit to NYC this house is located on a mayor boulevard and have a super easy access to city transportation. 119 bus route will take you right in to the heart of the big apple. Ana, was super friendly and answered all my questions. Thanks Ana.

Perfect for us

As a family of six it can be difficult to find somewhere for us all to have some space. This apartment had 4 very spacious bedrooms with ample space for storage and a great outdoor space to be in during the evenings. Parking was free but difficult to find a space depending on time of your arrival. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There was a great park and ride at West Side which was very reasonable as a way to start out or journey into NY. Whilst one bathroom was a challenge it was fine with some planning. Although the door did not lock. We didn’t hear our neighbours much either. The AC units all worked really well to keep us Scottish folk nice and cool.

No parking available, couldn't check in

When they say there is no designated parking and you have to park on the street, they mean you'll need to drive around for a halfhour lookong for a place to park, and hopefully you might find one. We got in late after driving for 7 hours and had to go to a hotel down the road becuase we couldnt park anywhere. Then when i asked for a refund becuase we couldn't check in and i canceled my other reservation becuase i didnt want the same thing to happen a week latter, the host stopped talking to me. VRBO support has done little to help in this situation either. I will probably never book with VRBO again after this incident.

Bachelor party

This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. The only trouble with the area is the street parking in Jersey City, but the accommodations outweigh the 1 negative. The host is easy to reach and will answer any questions about the area. I would highly recommend this rental.

The place was very clean and the host was great with communication. Water bottles left for us were a nice touch! The bathroom was nice although tough for 5-6 people to share 1 bathroom. Too cold to use the backyard but looked great. Great coffee selection for guests and welcoming snacks. The decor and amenities were very well done. Very cute place! I think the 1 bathroom only for 5-6 people is probably the only challenge for our group.

A great stay!

Beautiful home. Beautiful setup. The patio was a great space for an intimate celebration and Ana was a great host. She responded quickly and it was a super easy check in and check out! Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!
