During my stay in room 607, I encountered a series of significant issues: - Maintenance Issues: The bathroom faucet dripped constantly. Maintenance informed us they lacked the parts to fix it. Additionally, the in-room phone did not work. - Unsanitary Conditions: Upon pulling back the covers, we found hair and ants in the bed. - Poor Service: After reporting the insects via my cell phone, we waited an hour for assistance that never arrived. When we went to the lobby in our pajamas to get sheets, the front desk staff was dismissive and acted as if we were a bother. - Room Flooding and Personal Property Damage: While we were out, our room flooded. No one called to inform us. We only discovered this when our key cards failed to work upon our return. Some of our personal items were damaged by the water. - Inadequate Resolution: Dealing with this situation caused us to miss our dinner reservations. "The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."
