"The overall hotel was good. During the weekend, access to the elevators was horrible. With all the restaurants, the wait to get on was around 10-20 minutes. Out conditioner pump for our hair didn’t work. The faucet in the bathroom wouldn’t stop dripping. I left my prescription sunglasses in the room ($600) and they said it wasn’t here. Overall good location."

"Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. They don’t have smart tvs! That is a must in 2026. For the money I expected better with cleanliness. Otherwise everything else was standard nothing exceptional "

"I had purchased 2 breakfasts for my stay for my mother. The morning of checkout, the hostess had me write my name and room number on the breakfast vouchers. It was scrutinized several times by our waiter at breakfast. Why? It was so bizarre. I paid for these myself. I have stayed once a month for a few months and this has never happened to me before. Sadly, the breakfast was not good as it used to be. It was inedible."

"The staff was fantastic! I am visually impaired and the staff were extremely attentive, making certain I was safe and able to get a taxi when needed. I will definitely return for my next trip to NY. "
