A spotless, beautiful and modern hotel with every comfort. As the hotel was almost empty, we practically had the place to ourselves, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, especially the japanese course. We were also kindly upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The rooms are very spacious and still have the brand new hotel feeling. We would like to mention the gentleman at breakfast who brought us coffee before we even had to ask.
The onsen was modern and everything...

We stayed at Midtown for a week and it was great. They make it really easy to get around town with the free shuttle that runs on a frequent & consistent basis. Their ski room was clutch, saved us a ton of room in our actual room. The staff was incredibly helpful when it came to coordinating a bus to take us back to Sapporo, scheduled a small internal shuttle to take us to the Welcome Center in time. The room we had was a twin bed, but it was organized really well and we never had any issues with...

Great room with a stunning view of Mt. Yotei ! Just could not get enough of that . Food options were great too since I do not eat authentic Japanese food . And the Onsen is wonderful .

Solo traveller from NYC (flew in from Taipei). Staff is extremely friendly. Helpful in English, Japanese, Chinese. Plenty of signs and notes in English to help you out with. Take a minute to read and observe everything! Great breakfast buffet to fuel you up before your day out on the slopes! Easy ski-in, ski-out, and also provides corresponding ski lockers to your hotel room. In case you need to check-out of your room first but leave in the afternoon/evening - there's a luggage storage area and...

My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a very positive experience. The room was spacious and very quiet, also the room service food was well prepared and fresh, and served very warm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is a bit inconvenient without a car I think (we had a hire car from "nikoniko" car for 5K/day from Sapporo (definitely the best way to get around IMHO, and not that much more expensive than a bus/ taxis - could even workout cheaper and we had...
