If you have an early train, be sure to book a ride well in advance with the hotel or you may have issues finding a ride. I would also recommend using your own luggage delivery service and not the one provided by the hotel. Sagawa broke our suitcase and we spent the next 3 days in our new location dealing with it."

"Incredibly spacious rooms, a beautiful onsen that’s open early and late in the day, it’s a wonderful hotel! The building is noticeably older but everything is extremely well maintained. There is a Familymart just a minute’s walk down the street, along with bus stops that will take you to all the local attractions with min a ten to twenty minute ride! The views of the mountains are stunning, just a great and very affordable place stay (the hotel buffet breakfast is worth paying for, too. Great selection!)"

The breakfast buffet was delicious, but the dinners in the dining hall in the annex were absolutely amazing"
