"The flat was perfect with new appliances and fittings. It was spacious, light and clean. The staff on duty during check in were helpful, efficient and friendly. As people in their mid sixties who need reading glasses, my husband and I struggled to open all the doors with the code provided. Standing outside in the dark trying to punch in the code was a hassle every time. While doing this we met two other couples our age having trouble doing the same thing. I find a key card much easier. "Well positioned hotel and good sized apartment which we would use again. Our only criticism related to the quality of the instructions for using the equipment - we never got the hob to work properly, there were no instructions for the dishwasher and there was insufficient"
