I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). "I wish I never had to leave. I don't remember the last time I felt that relaxed when I was in my own private Onsen. And the shear beauty of the location as well. It was simply serene! The staff put my name on everything, including the menu for dinner. There was also a museum on the first floor teaching the history of onsens. All and all, an absolutely amazing experience!!!"
