"We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "

"I loved the cabins, the sauna and hot rob were amazing. You can see Mount Fuji from right outside the cabins, which was pretty cool. The staff were also amazing. I definitely recommend this place."

"CLAMPING at Bulls Camp was really convenient for overnighter to the Mt Fuji area for Expo Fireworks at Fujiten Ski Resort. Not quite Camping, definitely not Glamping, the camp is situated right off of the 139 though there really was not any highway noise. The little deck and barbecue were great. "Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything but away from the craziness. Staff: 10+/10 AMAZING, friendly, perfect staff. (Thank you for an amazing stay, and being so friendly and welcoming to our son) Room size is huge compared to hotels not only In Japan, but around the world. The reviews talk about the outdated and older rooms and amenities, but it doesn’t matter because everything is so well clean and kept. Onsen is great, and even allow tattoos! We will definitely be back to Kawaguchi and this hotel! "

"Really amazing and restful stay. We stayed for three nights and felt very refreshed after the stay, having experienced the delicious food offered and enjoyable activities (we did the early morning canoeing, aerial stretching and rented a bike to cycle around the lake). This hotel is not for people squirmish about bugs or those looking for extreme lux. This hotel is for people seeking lush greenery, great views, and taking time to detach and relax. "
