"I loved the cabins, the sauna and hot rob were amazing. You can see Mount Fuji from right outside the cabins, which was pretty cool. The staff were also amazing. I definitely recommend this place."
"We enjoyed our stay here !
The dome rooms were super cool! I took really nice photos here and was able to put together a nice video and received many good feedback!
Weather was clear that day so we had a clear view of Fuji from our room! Staff was nice !
Just wish the breakfast was better !"
"Great experience with glamping especially when we are travelling from Canada to Japan, great outdoor resort style. We loved the breakfast more than dinner. "
"The place was alright, only really good thing about the place is the location and how near it was to the station. Bathroom cleaning can use some work."
"It is fine stay if you come with friends and family to do BBQ. But not quite the thing for an international traveler. Service was great however and one can see that they are trying to improve the place.
Taxi from the station is 2400 yen and takes around 10 min. 15 min walk to the closest restaurant "

"The traditional style Japanese house was very clean and located in a peaceful area of Lake Kawaguchi with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host greeted us with welcoming tea and shared helpful information about both the house and the surrounding area. The provided pajamas were comfy and perfect slipped into after enjoying the onsen. We truly appreciated the hospitality and hope to return it one day. "
"A very thoughtful set up and breakfast is way better than how they advertised it. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Free shuttle to Kawaguchigo station but only 20 min walk if you want to do it. A 7 min walk to a grocery stores which open kind of late at 9am. Not too many restaurants around so plan accordingly. "
"The staff are exceptional : genuine and respectful. The staff welcomes us every year when we return. After we climb the Mt Fuji and unable to walk further from our car to the main door, the staff will greet us from afar and help us with the luggage’s, not for tips but for their professionalism and values they cherish much. "The house is beautifull located at lake Saiko. We went kayaking, touring with the bike and with a quad. A lovely stay in nature. The owners were very kind and a lovely surprise for my birthday. I can recommend staying there. Lisette "
"Awesome experience! The meal was delicious and they went the extra mile helping us in all the questions and helping sending our bags to the next hotel. Very friendly staff and quiet place for a great view of mt. Fuji. The only hard thing is decide if you want to stay inside relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi or go exploring different view spots of mt. Fuji"
