「Ein aussergewöhnliches Hotel mit Luft nach oben bei einer 5 Sterne- Anlage. Hauptrestaurant sehr gut, im Prinzip auch die Pavillons draußen. Essen und Service in beiden Spezialitätenrestaurants (bei mir Italian und Asian) nicht zufriedenstellend. Weder von der Küche (spicy shrimps) völlig verkocht noch im Service. Der Service dort Bedarf mindestens und alternativlos der Verbesserung der sprachlichen Kommunikationsverbesserung der Servicekräfte. Ein Mindestmaß an englischer Sprache muss erwartet...

My only criticism were I did see one bar staff mocking a customer, and the pool attendants did nothing about people leaving towels on loungers for hours, despite mentioning in the hotel rules that unattended towels would be removed. One day at the adult pool we were told we couldn’t have a parasol because they were all being used, but 5 of them were with unattended towels for...
