「I never get the room, the renter never give the room number, he never answer at my questions on the message I sent, the phone number didnt work, the description are wrong : no beach, no spa, no gym... the swiming pool was ugly (water was green). I have to rent an other room. Its hard to contact VBRO (only by phone and the line have been cut) and Expedia cant help.」

「Great resort with expansive lagoon pool and direct access to Red Sea. Many food options and direct access to next doors waterslides was a hit with the kids! Staff were awesome and ensured we were well looked after. Highly recommend.」

Quel dommage !」
