"Had a lovely time at the hotel with my family, very good swimming pool, good selections of buffet food at meal times especially breakfast, staff friendly and helpfull. Only downside for us was the apartments were out of the hotel complex, was neighbouring and the security did not feel as good as the hotels, a short walk into hotel conplex which did not bother us, but would be abit more difficult for people with accessibility issues"

"We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . Just pick up your towel at the pool by the hotel and a beach acess card at reception . They have good wi fi in the room and all common areas now. The buffet breakfast was very good . The staff was great , especially the reception "

"Food was great. Shows were good. Reception staff needs to hear customers. Room is so outdated, nothing like the pictures. I feel I was cheated. Pictures should reflect the condition. Wood doors are rotted. Shower is so tiny. It was rip off to pay average of $120 a day for a room with that condition. "
