ギフトゥン諸島 のリゾート

「ハルガダに行く東洋系の人は少なく、ヨーロピアンのリゾート地です。海はとても綺麗で、窓から見える景色も心を和ませる、美しいリゾートホテルです。 価格以上のレベルにあるホテルではないでしょうか。施設も整っています。 エジプトの方々に日本人的な「サービス」を求めるのは、難しいと感じていたのですが、このホテルの方はそれなりに対応が良かったです。 唯一の欠点は、近くにショッピングセンターなど買い物をする場所のないこと。近くのモールまではタクシーで10～20エジプトポンド（交渉）です。ダウンタウンまでは、ものすごく遠く、大げさに言うと「隔絶されたリゾート」っぽい感じです。 でも、のんびり過ごすにはお勧めのホテルです。」

「施設が清潔で美しい。 全てのスタッフが非常に親切。 ビーチが遠いが、シャトルバスに乗ることができる。 空港からタクシーで30分ほどかかる。 Wi-Fiは弱い。（eSIM無制限だったので問題なし。） 総合すると素晴らしいホテル！！」

「Bon séjour cependant beaucoup de choses n’allaient pas pour un « 5 étoiles » premièrement ils ne parlent pas Français à l’accueil. Deuxièmement nous avons eu une chambre avec balcon avec vue sur la piscine, belle chambre et belle vue au premier abord sauf que très mal insonorisé pour un 5 étoiles, nous étions réveillée chaque matins par leur musique, le soir également difficulté à s’endormir car musique forte jusqu’à 22h30/23h. Au niveau du buffet c’est non variable très souvent les mêmes plats....

「Super hôtel. Grande piscine de la place pour tout le monde pour les transats c’est très agréable. Coté mer c’est génial de manger avec la vue sur mer. La chambre était vieillotte mais propre dans l’ensemble. Le personnel très serviable et gentil. Le buffet était varié chaque jour mais le plus pour nous a été le barbecue à chaque repas. Poisson frais grillés viandes grillées. À 40 min du centre de hurghada」

「深夜に到着して混んでいないのにチェックインに1時間もかかった。hotels.com にその旨書き込んだところ、翌日マネージャーからフォローがあり、謝罪と無償のレートチェックアウト17時までを認めてくれた。書き込みは効果があるのだなと再認識した。 We arrive midnight and it takes almost 1 hour even not crowded. But after I vote hotels.com this issue, manager apologize and follow us. This follow was nice. 」
