All staff are very helpful and friendly. They made a beautiful birthday cake for us. The food is extremely high quality and very generous portions. Ahmed was there at every mealtime and also at the pool bar to make sure we did not want for anything - thank you Ahmed - you made our stay very memorable

Positive: - The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Hekmat, Abdulrahman, and Rashad for their professionalism and dedication — they really do their best to make your stay memorable. - The private beach, although not directly at the hotel, is just a few minutes away by a free shuttle and absolutely worth it. -The beach staff are attentive and professional — they welcome you right away, help you find a spot, and offer drinks or food quickly. - I had a beautiful room with sea view, spacious and well-furnished. - The hotel manager is actively present, visible in many areas and personally ensuring everything runs smoothly — I appreciate this kind of leadership. - Overall, the price-performance ratio is very reasonable. Negative: - While the room itself was clean, some corridors and common areas could have been cleaner. - On the first day, the food was not warm enough, but after we gave feedback, the team improved this, and the meals were kept warm from then on. Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement. Would consider coming back!

Pretty nice place in Sahl Hasheesh (20 car minutes from Hurghada). Very safe (lot's of security around this area) good service (you can book trips and everything directly in the lobby). One good restaurant is pretty close to the hotel. If you want more you have to get into the Sahl Hasheesh center (5 car minutes) where also the beach is. The food in the hotel is not super good thats why we went to other places in the evening.

Very quiet and calm area. The service is excellent. They put more energy on the design rather than the taste. Food is below average. Aircondition is noisy, but able to sleep with balcony door open. Rooms are very clean, tea coffee water provided in room, no hairdryer in bathroom, but irons, hairdryer on request, tv, mini bar. No beach on site, but its wallkable by 15 mins, or a car from morning to sunset to take you, small bar on the beach, sea a bit rocky shoes good idea. swimming pools across the road 2 mins, nice pool sea view,small bar. restaurant nice, all inclusive is available but its a set menu but there is a good choice, breakfast is a very nice buffet style, we had good service in restaurant from Ibrahim worth a mention as hes always serving not standing around. Nice hotel for relaxing, would have to take a taxi if wanted any nightlife, but a few bars in saal hasheesh 15 mins walk. overall we really enjoyed our stay,and all the staff in the hotel are very helpful and exceptionally nice.

Room cleaning and foods were terrible. The mirrors and glass doors in the room were stained. The bed linens and pillowcases were stained and very old. There were hairs in the bed and in the bathroom. Some staff members are completely uninterested and indifferent when I ask them something. They were giving wrong and irrelevant answers. Also, even though we said we were a honeymoon couple, nothing was done and offered.

I stayed there for 3 nights but actually my stay was disappointing. The first room had a strong bad smell (1102), and the second one I was moved to had a bed bug (1103). The air conditioner was very noisy in the last room (1105), and the cleanliness was poor with hair left from previous guests. The food quality and variety at both breakfast and dinner were below expectations. On my last day, loud bass-heavy music played at the beach from early morning, and staff didn’t take my request to lower it seriously. Overall, not a comfortable or relaxing experience however the service wasn't too bad to be honest

well , I do not know what to say regarding my last vacation at Zen , but I was really sad that days passed When i was leaving , but I am planning on making this my go to destination for Hurghada as I enjoyed the Welcoming staff and the amazing atmosphere they added throughout my stay. and I would like to thank Hikmat , Thomas for their beyond expertise dealing professionally with all the people around us. Also , I would like to thank the night manager who assisted to arrange a Taxi ride at a convenient price for us evading us going through issues with drivers. The place is very calm , serene and beyond beautiful.
