The Hotel is Excellent Starting from Mr Sameh Abbas in the Reception I received the room at 10 am The room is very good Staff in Restaurants is not friendly But anyway except that Everything is going well

The food is various and delicious. You always fond something. They prepare also extra food of you need, they help you wherever you want it. The gym is nice, perfect temperature good music. The dumbbell selection could be more, as the jumps between the weights are too high. Other hotels are better here. People super friendly, pool area great, animation not too pushy but also present, perfect. Evening program funny and differs every day, entertaining. Great hotel

It was very relaxing , very clean. The room met our expectations. The staff were amazing , multilingual The night show was ok , but can be better. I did like the violin lady play duing dinner, she was awesome. I was disappointed she didn't play on the next day. The staff iverall were amazing, very clean hotel, swimming pool ,food. I would love to go there again.

Food is bad and Room Furniture are very old /cheap

Front Office is so rude, room service is not good at all. Food is so bad, they are collecting the old food remains on gust dishes and put it agin on the buffet for new guests- very strange. Not recommended at all

I don’t think i will visit this hotel again

This is my second visit, this place used to be amazing, but now it is ok. The cleanliness is excellent, first day i arrived there was no water in our room for more than 4 hours, and on and off for the next 3 days, i requested an iron to use, when i wasn’t in my room they took it without telling and i found it was the only one for the whole floor, the entertainment for the first 2 days was very boring and ok for the rest… the food was very good…they used to give 2 vouchers for the Italian and Mexican restaurants… now they don’t and when i ask why they said policy have changed…on my checkout day they kept calling every 15 mins to tell me that i have to checkout today or i will pay extra penalty 40$

Familienfreundlich, Zimmer täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt, egal wo man wenn getroffen hat, alle haben ein lächeln im Gesicht und sind wirklich freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit. Wir waren jetzt das 2.te mal dort und sind ausser mit dem mänlichen Personal von la perla sehr zu frieden. Freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen .

Nice hotel

It was good and we really enjoyed alot, specially animation team and mix max show during feast. Food was tasty and alot of varieties Pool was perfect 😍 But stoney beach Alot of activities to do Only one thing wasnt pleased of that i tried to change my type of booking from double to single with child through hotels but I cant and when i reached the hotel ,the front desk insisted that he cant do anything and that's really annoyed me
