"Since the moment of arrival, the check in took less than 10 minutes.
We're given a first floor room.
Very spacious room, clean with a sea view.
We used the two pools in front of our room.
The beach is fantastic with some corals and plenty of small colourful fish.
Food was excellent and a huge variety of fresh plates.
All local drinks were available and served everywhere.
Excellent friendly staff.

Amazing Aquapark, I didn't see any similar in size and variety like this one actually it has all what you can imagine, great fun for adults, kids and infants.

The beach bus service is very convenient and the beach is a lot of fun with clean crystal water and a nice coral reef with an amazing collection of fish.

Outstanding things:
1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed.
2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature. "
"I’ve never been to an all inclusive before where everything costs extra - from fresh orange juice at breakfast to ice cream.
It’s a real shame because the hotel has nice facilities but it’s ruined by the fact they’re trying to get more money out of you. The bar closes at 11pm and if you ask for more than two drinks (served in tiny glasses) the staff are often very rude to you. We’ve been to many all inclusive hotels and I’ve never experienced it before where the bar staff are so impolite. One barman slammed my mum’s drinks down because she asked for more than two.
The food is ok but there’s often very large queues, which again we haven’t been used to at hotels of this standard.
Sales people constantly go round the poolside trying to sell you trips and excursions, which is understandable but sometimes stops you from being able to relax.
In the evening, the only area to sit and have a drink is by the entertainment, which is very loud. I think the hotel would benefit from opening another bar area or having the mini disco away from this main entertainment area.
Due to these issues this hotel really doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. We’ve been to lots of similarly rated hotels (including other hotels in Egypt) and this is unfortunately the worst we’ve experienced in a while.
If they improve their management and stop charging extra for everything this could be a great hotel!"
