「Fantastisk pool, og super service ved poolen. Værelserne er meget normale men på ingen måde negativt. Strandområdet er lidt arealmæssige lidt presset, til gengæld er strand fin og der er mindre end 50 meter til snorkling med koraller. Kan bestemt anbefale Ala carte restaurant, men ikke de øvrige」

「Staff, food, cocktails. 10/10. Walk along to fort arabesque (only take gear - no towels or shoes ) and then you can snorkel. It’s great! Mexican a la carte and chimichurri were our favourite 」

「It was just little rocky start but a beautiful ending Everyone was just so kind and lovely!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and birthday..Mr Mahar came to our suite to surprise us and brought us to another suite which came with a pool and ocean front because he knew that we liked to be on beach front and on top next day Mahar and the staff surprised us with the flower all over in room and a beautiful bubble bath with flowers♥️ our beach boy was so great always had our beach beds ready:)...

「One of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at. The staff are amazing- very friendly and overly accommodating. We are not typically fans of the food at all inclusive resorts, but the food was incredible. We will absolutely return. Special shout out to Turquoise manager Hady and his amazing staff. Fauzey in the beach area was very kind and always helped us find a spot. Sammy was another wonderful staff member in the beach area. I cant say enough about their exceptional customer...

「An interesting destination especially for kids with lots of activities to do (e.g. Aqua Parks, Amusement Parks, Wave Pool, Video Games, etc.) My only concern is that the amusement parks and video games are against extra charge.」

「良い点としては、施設や設備は清潔に管理されていて快適、施設はプール２つ、プライベートビーチ、24時間のジム、レストランは複数あり選べる状況（ただし、混み合う時期は予約が必要）、朝食ブッフェは種類も豊富で大満足、部屋は十分な広さを備えたプールビューで紅海も見える眺望、スタッフの対応も良かった。悪い点としては、夕方等の一部の時間帯においてWiFiがつながらない状況があり、シャワールームの水圧は良い一方で排水が悪いため水が溜まる状況、アメニティ不足（歯ブラシ等）あり。」
