「Excellent property that fits families as well as couples. Our room was very clean. Staff were nice. Swimming pools and beach were excellent. I’d come back.」

「I would give this resort 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room was broken for 5 hours on our last day before check out and it is very hot in Egypt. I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving. 「Nice small adults only hotel, attentive friendly staff, good food selection, and good location. This was are first visit to this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it,all the staff friendly and efficient, with a high number of returning guests.」

「We loved the property and staff was very friendly. But the shower in our executive room with private pool was so clogged - it flooded the entire room . It seems it wasn’t cleaned or fixed for a long time before us. Also food in restaurants with à la carte menu was not very good. Avocado salad was not edible, for example. But overall, we had a pleasant stay and staff was lovely.」
