Don’t stay here . It takes you ages to get to reception if you are in room 6035. They are under construction so it’s very noisy !!!! It’s dirty with cola bottles and plastic in the ocean. The all inclusive has so many restrictions . The food is disgusting , the FISH HOUSE fish is is inedible . ONG I could go on forever .Dont waste your money . The staff try and bribe you all the time .

The place is good and services are good too. There is a sense of generosity from the resort to the guests, and staff very friendly and kind including law enforcement who patrolled the resort they were very helpful and professional. You will definitely feel safer there than in the west. The only problem was the plumbing issue in our room, the water tap wasn’t functioning perfectly and the cold/hot water in the shower was messed up.

Much better than some reviews would have you believe. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food edible. The only downside are the very small plastic cups used for the drinks- not eco friendly. There are a few sales people trying to get you on trips but you can bargain them down or book yourself online. The Wi-Fi is rubbish almost non existent. Russians are the most prominent group

Not the best, but not bad

Will not recommend it, room had separate beds, bedding old and not properly cleaned, same with the bathtub. Wi-Fi is horrible and even when I paid for extra, it was not good. The food not high quality but can be eaten. However, the facilities are great, pool and beach are fantastic!! So it’s not bad at all but the rooms need a simple upgrade.

I really liked my stay here! The staff was wonderful, outside property beautiful, great location, and easy to get around. The only discrepancy was my room when I checked in, every was clean except for the floor, it was a little wet and grimey, so I grabbed one of the extra towels from the bathroom and did a quick mop up of the bedroom floor to dry and clean it up so I could walk around with dry feet. That, and, I fiund out on premise, for non Eastern European visitors, like myself, the main cuisine in the main restaurant was Eastern European, not Egyptian, but the other restaurants with various other cuisines open only for dinner. So I had Eastern European style breakfast and lunch, which was OK, but I was hoping for a more international menu from their main restaurant open for all meals, now I know. Still, 4.5 stay for me, thanks again!

This is probably one of the worst places to stay at. The receptionists seem overworked and understaffed- they try to work fast and not do the job properly. Had to come down 3 times for my room key to work. The hotel is outdated and the room has everything broken. Pipes were leaking, doors wouldn’t close, AC not functioning. Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere else. Just read the other reviews —- this hotel was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in! 1/10!!!!!

The first day they gave me aroom key with someone inside then they gave me a wrong type of room after 3 rooms finally given my room, the wash basin water knob was bad but after asking room service it was fixed, at night when my driver came to pick us from hotel he was not allowed to enter the parking lot so we walked out to the gate which was about 300 meters away where the security personnel had bad manners and raised his voice on me too then police men calmed me down and promised to take care of it, next day had a meeting with the manager who apologized and promised that this will not be repeated again but at the next day they gave my driver hard time again. The food was not as good as it was supposed to be according to the hotel rating and was not allowed to take breakfast to my kids in room. Rooms and toilets are not as clean as they have to do

I am very sad to say that Sunny Days El Palacio Resort & Spa , was the most unpleasant , awful and disaster stay that we had in our life. I would like to rank out few unacceptable service and experience that we had in this Hotel. INFECTION: 1. One day after the arrival first myself and one day later my wife had a very heavy Intestine poisoning. We had a total watery diarrhea with heavy body ache and weakness. We noticed that during the same days some other families faced the same situation. It was not a subject that we could prove with laboratorial research results. 2. When we have shared this horrible situation with the Food and Beverage management, they were apologizing in a manner like it’s a very normal situation. Just showing a fake interest and protecting themselves just with one word “we are sorry “ 3. During this period they were showing a deep regret but when we asked them from the morning to boil us potatoes for the dinner, they forgot and apologies by
