「I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....

「The staff was really nice and friendly, the grounds are gorgeous and the views of the lagoon and Red Sea are breathtaking. My only complaint and the reason why I’m giving it a 4 star over all is because the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows are the worst pillows one can possibly get. 「Very lovely location. So great to take our dog. The 4th bedroom was quite small, actually a maids room, but overall the villa was nice and clean. It would be great if they could improve some small things like kitchen utensils and other things for cooking.」
