「良い点としては、施設や設備は清潔に管理されていて快適、施設はプール２つ、プライベートビーチ、24時間のジム、レストランは複数あり選べる状況（ただし、混み合う時期は予約が必要）、朝食ブッフェは種類も豊富で大満足、部屋は十分な広さを備えたプールビューで紅海も見える眺望、スタッフの対応も良かった。悪い点としては、夕方等の一部の時間帯においてWiFiがつながらない状況があり、シャワールームの水圧は良い一方で排水が悪いため水が溜まる状況、アメニティ不足（歯ブラシ等）あり。」
