All hotels I have stayed in up until now have offered welcoming drinks (even just a basic juice would be fine) and provided a tour of the hotel facilities so we know where the pool and dining is. 「Très bon séjour au Sunrise Crystal Bay. L'hôtel est très propre, très bien entretenu. La piscine était chauffée, donc nous avons pu en profiter début mars. Le personnel est très gentil. Beaucoup de choix au restaurant buffet et il y a également plusieurs restaurants où dîner le soir. Les équipements de la salle de sport sont en très bon état. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel.」

「良い点としては、施設や設備は清潔に管理されていて快適、施設はプール２つ、プライベートビーチ、24時間のジム、レストランは複数あり選べる状況（ただし、混み合う時期は予約が必要）、朝食ブッフェは種類も豊富で大満足、部屋は十分な広さを備えたプールビューで紅海も見える眺望、スタッフの対応も良かった。悪い点としては、夕方等の一部の時間帯においてWiFiがつながらない状況があり、シャワールームの水圧は良い一方で排水が悪いため水が溜まる状況、アメニティ不足（歯ブラシ等）あり。」

「Rooms/suites require upgrading. Bedding is worn out with holes! Our sheet was changed once only at our request! Large balcony, although generous was not swept or washed in the 2 weeks we were there. Communal areas are well maintained, however toilet facilities need upgrading and more frequently cleaned. Staff were always polite and helpful. Large general restaurants also require upgrading, however the à la carte restaurants were very good and offered something for every palate. 」

「Im Zimmer sollte Steckdosen geben da wir den Stecker vom Fernseher verwendet haben um unsere Handys aufzuladen Die Atmosphäre war gut im Hotel, essen war gut Zimmer war sauber Personal waren im allgemein Nett, manche Mitarbeiter versuchen die Gäste abzuzocken aber das sieht man im Ganzen Land 」
